Our Rooms

We offer four uniquely customized air-conditioned guest rooms and en suite bathroom. Each room is elegantly decorated with modern amenities and an afro-centric touch, that brings with it class and comfort suited for the business or leisure traveler alike. . All rooms have access to complimentary Wi-fi. And all of our beds offer you luxurious comfort and total relaxation so you can ensure that you'll sleep soundly. Each room comes with a writing desk and chair as well as a flat screen TV and Fridge for your entertainment and convenience.

Our Business Centre

Our bright and airy multi-purpose lounge: Legacy Hall, serves as a casual sitting area for our guests where they can send or check their email in private guest house computer. It is also ideal for small group meetings, and daytime training workshops or seminars. With capacity of up to 25 seated guests theater style, it is perfect for a wide range of business and social events. Its wall to wall double height windows provide loads of natural light making for a productive ambiance for listening and learning. We also offer in-house business center services in printing and photocopy within certain limits for a fee. 

Heritage Terrace

If relaxing is more your style, be sure to check out our serene and cozy street level Heritage Terrace and spend your evening unwinding and relaxing in pure cultural bliss. As one of Ghana's historic residences we've tailored our hospitality and amenities to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. You will be immersed in local art, Ghanaian family history through photos and the African culture through traditional artwork and carvings, from the minute you walk through our secure gates to the time of your departure. We hope that our attention to detail shines through each and every moment of your stay.

Special Room Packages

Special room packages are offered on an ongoing basis throughout different seasons. Ask about these at the check in desk.

House-keeping and Room Services.

  • House-keeping is provided daily from Monday through Saturday and on request on Sundays
  • Other Room services are available on request.

Meals

  • We offer a complementary continental breakfast.
  • Other breakfast meal plans can be provided on request and are prepared onsite from our kitchen, at an additional charge. Be sure to let our staff know of any special needs.
  • We do not provide lunch or supper at our guest house but staff will be happy to warm up food in the microwave, convection oven, stove top or other means in our kitchen.
  • We are surrounded by several local and international cuisine restaurants including take-out or delivery services.
  • We provide a complementary welcome bottle of water on arrival
  • Additional bottled water is also available for sale. Just ask our duty staff person and they'll be happy to be of service.
  • We also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale.

  • Gift cards in three different denominations can be purchased to share a special treat with family and friends:$5, $20, and $50. Gift cards can be used to pay for any product or service but cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • In-house guest laundry Services are offered on request at an extra charge

Jesiwa B’s Little Palace: A Boutique Heritage Guesthouse

Our History.

Experience Ghana through the life and times of an authentic Ghanaian family

Jesiwa B's little Palace is housed in a property named FIASE LODGE by its original family owners, THE DADSON FAMILY. Situated in the Nations' capital Accra, the property was built in 1957, the year Ghana, then Gold Coast achieved its Independence from British Colonial rulers. Emmanuel Kwamina Kwajadu Dadson as the first Parliamentary Secretary and Chief Whip of the First Republic of Ghana, built this home and lived in this property with his wife Beatrice Nana Afon Dadson and their family while in office during that historic period in the nation from 1957 to 1968.

So as you can see, our little Palace has a BIG personality. Family has always been very important to Jesiwa B... so I established this "little Palace to honor my parents popularly known as E.K. and Bea. Yes I'm a Next Gen, a very proud next gen! I wear this like a badge of honor and my goal is to keep their legacies alive and bring even greater value to them so these legacies can be sustainable across multiple generations.

This property has housed and entertained many a celebrity of local and international acclaim, and historic personalities of great significance. Yet it has also been home to many who family, friends and total strangers some of whom did not have much to their name but simply needed a place to stay, a place to call home for a short or extended period or simply passed through for a helping hand or a meal for the day. Just about everyone was welcome. This is why at the opening ceremony of Jesiwa B's little Palace I shared with great pride that my dad built this house, but my mum made it a home... not just for their blood relations but throughout the years we lived in this home the doors were always open to the world. Thus I find it befitting that it carries on as a "home away from home" to guests near by and from far and wide. Hence the establishment of Jesiwa B's little Palace, your unique Heritage Boutique Guest House.

It is my hope that the evolution of the history of this property and the story of its original family as well as its extended global family will bring back great memories to many of you who have been and continue to be associated with it in one way or another. I also hope that the stories become an inspiration to all who read it and become part of our experience
